CMMB provides HIV/AIDS Care and Treatment to nearly 90,000 Kenyan clients annually through its participation in the AIDS Relief Consortium, a five-member collaboration of international healthcare organizations. Since 2003, CMMB Kenya has directly provided clinical treatment, care and support for HIV/AIDS clients in five provinces nationally, primarily through faith-based organizations (FBOs). CMMB also provides technical assistance and policy guidance for AIDSRelief through its South Africa and Haiti offices.
The Kenya AIDSRelief program focuses on long-term adherence to first-line therapies in order to improve life expectancy and further reduce HIV transmission. Services within the program include:
- HIV testing for adults and children.
- Lifelong antiretroviral therapy for adults and children.

- Sexually Transmitted Infection screening and treatment.
- Monthly support meetings to discuss adherence, disclosure and other challenges.
